Yes it still works, but it is very inconsistent and you get 1 minute to the title per zone (town > guild hall > back to town) but still worth it in my opinion, you aren't losing anything by trying so might as well. Got my title a few months ago in a few days by doing it. You just have to keep jumping around until you find a town that works for you, sometimes going from town to town gives minutes also.

Yeah it still works. I was "shelfing" ToPK and i got 3 minutes in drunkard a run. Each run taking 1-2 minutes but 3 zones involved. Explorable area> outpost> explorable area.

In the long term - if you want to gain more than just a few minutes, it no longer works. You can experience repeated boosts to minutes between some rezones but you cannot gain more than like 65 minutes to title in 60 minutes of real time, even if you find two instances zoning between which will give you a +3.
Theoretically to be able to consistently add gain minutes faster repeatedly you need to find 2 zones with a server time difference as big as 3 minutes AND you time it in such way that zoning to the one with a later time will completely clear your drunkiness status (to level 0 drunk) - only then zoning back to the first area and drinking another lv5 alcohol there will give you an actual repeatable boost. |

I remember there being a thread about this, had a few list of the zones that worked.
